High school or college rules
Pick the rules when you set up your league, and every game in it follows them. Periods and overtime are labelled the way your league plays.

- Overtime periods as many as you need: OT, OT2, OT3
- Each play is stamped with the period and the game clock you enter
- Rosters use basketball positions: PG, SG, SF, PF and C

Fix any play
Logged the wrong shooter? Edit the team, player, period, clock or points of any play, even after the final. Every total and the score recalculate.
Keeps going offline
Gym wifi drops. Plays are saved on the phone, show on the scoreboard right away, and sync in order when the connection is back.

Download any game as a PDF box score for the athletic director, or a CSV with the score by period, team stats, player stats and play-by-play.

Season standings and stat leaders
Group games into a league and season, and StatsCastr keeps the standings and the leaderboard as finals come in.

Basketball questions
Can one person keep the whole box score?+
Yes. One phone runs the game: tap the stat, then the player, or skip the player for a team stat. Points, percentages and team totals add themselves up.
Does it work out shooting percentages?+
Yes. Log makes and misses for twos, threes and free throws, and StatsCastr works out FG%, 3P% and FT% for every player, each team and the season leaderboard.
Does it follow high school or college rules?+
Both. Choose high school (four 8-minute quarters, 4-minute overtime) or college (two 20-minute halves, 5-minute overtime) for your league, and add as many overtimes as the game needs.
What if I log a play wrong?+
Undo the last play right away, or edit or delete any play later, including after the game is final. The score, box score, season totals and standings all update.
How do parents follow the game?+
Share the game's link. It opens in any browser with no app or sign-in, and the score and stats refresh every 15 seconds.
Does it work without internet?+
Yes. Keep logging when the gym wifi drops. Plays are saved on the phone and sent in order as soon as you're back online.
