The volleyball stat pad
Point Won, Kill, Ace and Block give your team the point. Under rally scoring, an error gives the other team the point, so the score stays right whoever made the mistake.
- Tap the stat, then the player, or skip the player for a team stat
- Mark an error as part of the same rally so it isn't counted twice
- Substitutions and timeouts go in the play-by-play
- Undo takes back the last play with one tap

Sets, rally scoring and the match
Every new game uses rally scoring. Sets go to 25 and the deciding set to 15, and a set needs a two-point lead. StatsCastr ends the match on its own once a team has won it.
First to 3 sets; fifth set to 15
First to 2 sets; third set to 15
- The next set can't start until the current one is won
- The match score shows sets won, with every set score beside it
- Rosters use volleyball positions: S, OH, OPP, MB, L and DS

Every match gets a public page with the set scores, team stats, player stats and play-by-play. Share the link and parents, players and fans follow along in any browser, with no app or account. It refreshes every 15 seconds.

Does it use rally scoring?+
Yes. Every new match uses rally scoring: a kill, ace, block or point won scores for your team, and an error scores for the other team. Sets go to 25, the deciding set to 15, win by two.
Does it work out hitting percentage?+
Yes. Log kills, attacks and attack errors, and StatsCastr works out hitting percentage (kills minus errors, divided by attempts) for each player, the team and the season leaderboard.
Can parents follow the match live?+
Yes. Share the match link. It opens in any browser with no app or sign-in, shows every set score, and refreshes every 15 seconds.
Best of three or best of five?+
Both. Pick best of five (first to three sets) or best of three (first to two) for your league. The deciding set goes to 15.
What if I log a play wrong?+
Undo the last play right away, or edit or delete any play later, including after the match. The set scores, box score, season totals and standings all update.
Does it work without internet?+
Yes. Keep logging when the gym wifi drops. Plays are saved on the phone and sent in order as soon as you're back online.
